Returns & Exchanges

At Vela, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion pieces aren't quite right, you can return or exchange any unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of receipt.
